I started practicing yoga since my graduation by taking guideline of a few friends and nearby communities. When I started the study of mediation, yoga-related things, and like to be in or travel peaceful environments most people start seeing me as a saint rather than understanding the value of YOGA. Irrespective of anything I completed my YTT(Yoga Teacher Training)-200 course.

I want everyone to raise a few questions to their self,

  • Will you sit quietly for half an hour without getting any distraction, not passing time with technology, and at least without reading a book?
  • Will you cure yourself without taking any medicines for normal sickness?
  • Will you heal yourself from hereditary diseases completely through medicine?
  • Are you happy, peaceful, balancing, and smiles like a kid with a clear mind and heart?

Go for any sort of psychical work out’s, try all these, and check are you able to get it or not?

Through YOGA we can achieve it. Obviously, we get a question HOW?

How Asana’s Help?

Each pose/asana in yoga helps to supply oxygen, give pressure to a particular internal organ & starts work on it, so it helps to cure/stimulate from roots.

How Pranayama’s and Meditation Helps?

In this hurry burry life style’s we are unable to sit quietly for some time, then how can we expect at least taking breath properly, that is the main reason for so many mental and psychical issues.

Pranayama’s nothing but breathing exercises helps to balance our breath and activate the internal system of our body.

Meditation helps to balance our emotions, dissolve negative energy from mind and heart.

When we practice for months we can see the result. When we practice for years we can achieve the ultimate healthy lifestyle psychically and mentally.

Eat wisely and be conscious about what we are feeding to our body through thoughts and food.

It’s not single month step to achieve it, Health is like a war, we have to keep on alert about it to fight for not allow any bad thing to our paradise.
